I’m a Software Engineer at my core. My journey started at the Universidad de Chile. My first job was at my school's computer graphics division, developing 3D animations with AutoCAD and 3D-studio on SUN and PC workstations. I also enjoyed teaching programming languages at my school, as well as other schools, including University Andres Bello and University of the Americas. Later I did consultant work for high visibility projects of transportation engineering, related to the underground subway in Santiago, Chile. After graduation, I co-founded EXE Engineering to combine my software, engineering and consulting expertise. Today, EXE is one of the top IT companies in Chile providing business and engineering solutions. After selling EXE, I joined Borland Chile where I held sales and marketing positions, including GM. I subsequently moved to the US to take over Borland Latin America sales. During my years at Borland, I also held marketing positions including two product management jobs. My next major move took me to PLT to join their go to market team. At PLT, I developed new channel strategies and business models and as result, sales grew more 500% in 4 years. My journey continued to ThreatMetrix (adquired by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions), where I went back to my software roots in the exciting security SaaS industry. At ThreatMetrix, I developed and led a team of 100+ consultants who design, implement and optimize digital identity solutions for authentication and verification in web and mobile channels. I left LexisNexis in March 2025 to join Arkose labs. I am honored to join Arkose's successful present and promising future in customer trust, protection, and risk orchestration, powered by its agile and innovative AI solutions -loving the freedom and energy of a fast-paced startup!
